As a Night Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll be on the front lines of our manufacturing operations, overseeing production processes, ensuring team safety, and maintaining quality standards throughout the night shift. Shift Schedule
:
Night Shift: 3 PM – 4:30 AM (12-hour shifts typically Monday through Friday Night)

• Lead and supervise shift employees to meet production targets for volume, quality, and material recovery.
• Monitor and accurately log daily shift metrics using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve employee performance and attendance.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine whether in-house or external maintenance is required.
• Assist in training new hires and filling in as a back‑up equipment operator or maintenance tech as needed.
• Enforce safety and environmental standards, including dust mitigation, stormwater policies, and internal audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with landfill and operational regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing setting
• Familiarity with welding, mechanical repairs, and basic electrical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience directing maintenance personnel and overseeing shift operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license required
