• Execute precise mixing of industrial paints and protective coatings to meet exact production specifications.
• Perform comprehensive surface preparation, including sanding and cleaning, to guarantee optimal adhesion and finish quality.
• Operate professional-grade spray equipment to apply uniform, high-quality coatings to large-scale assemblies and components.
• Ensure every finished product meets strict cosmetic and durability standards through meticulous inspection.
• Interpret technical manuals, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to ensure consistent application performance.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 100 pounds, and maneuvering in various positions.
• Proficiency in following complex safety guidelines and operating within a paint booth while wearing required respiratory protection.

• Prior experience in industrial painting or automotive refinishing.
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to maintain high output during repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with operating hoists or material handling equipment to position large components.
