We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to quality of care, and the ability to manage 24‑hour nursing operations.

• Administer and manage nursing services to residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24‑hour supervision of nursing services and direct the nursing department to maintain quality standards of care.
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the administrator.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a harmonious and effective working environment.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you practice.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred).
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required).
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role (required).
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
