Director of Nursing | LPN or RN
We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to quality of care, and the ability to manage 24‑hour nursing operations.

- Administer and manage nursing services to residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
- Provide 24‑hour supervision of nursing services and direct the nursing department to maintain quality standards of care.
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the administrator.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a harmonious and effective working environment.

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you practice.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred).
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required).
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role (required).
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
