Seeking a Center Medical Specialist in plasma donation centers to improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities Include- Conducting physical examinations and reviewing medical histories to assess donor suitability.
- Building rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction and confidentiality.
- Educating donors on health and potential hazards, providing counseling on test results.
- Managing donor injuries and adverse events, evaluating illness or medication history.
- Assisting in employee training and administering hepatitis vaccination programs.
- Current state-certified/licensed Registered Nurse.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate health status and manage medical situations.
- Commitment to confidentiality and donor safety.
