Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse – ICU

Role: ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive critical care in a high-acuity setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and respond to critically ill patients’ conditions
• Administer advanced medications and treatments
• Operate life-support and advanced monitoring equipment
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Educate patients and families about treatments and recovery
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and adhere to safety protocols
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent ICU experience of at least one year
• Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient mobility
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and maintain confidentiality
