Gives daily direction to associates in the department and oversees merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, and customer service activities;
Supports GSM/DM in leadership of firearm sales and compliance with ATF, state and local laws and company policies;
Staffs the department, participates in interviewing, coordinates training, and prepares weekly work schedules; coaches and motivates associates;
Maintains product knowledge and conducts product demonstrations for staff; promotes programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up;
Ensures a positive customer experience and achieves service quality targets; handles scheduling, performance evaluations, and problem resolution in collaboration with GSM/DM and HR Manager
