Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public responders as required.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, equipment rooms, loading areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.;
Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, assist with visitor processing, and report unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete thorough written and/or electronic reports, including shift activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance-related observations, and communicate key updates during shift handoff.
