Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and/or the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in alignment with site policies;
Assist with routine inspections of the location and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
