Provide customer service to clients, contractors, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a construction and industrial location;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas, work zones, parking areas, perimeter points, and access locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation;
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or changes in site conditions
