What You’ll Do:

• Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Comfortable with operating power-tools (i.e., rotary hammers, chippings hammers, circular saws, etc.)
• Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
• Perform a variety of construction tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean work site and be safety oriented in all situations and environments.
• Experience operating large equipment such as boom lift, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers, preferred.
• Communication skills to collaborate effectively with crew members
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, including OSHA standards

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction required.
• Previous concrete experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to utilize technology platforms such as Service Titan and Corrigo Pro to manage service requests, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously and think quickly and strategically to complete tasks
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility to respond to occasional emergencies outside standard hours.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time during working hours.
• Must be able to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
