Now Hiring Shop Foreman Council Bluffs, Iowa
Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our established Council Bluffs Service Center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and delivering 5-Star Service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and support Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians
- Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Train and mentor technicians to support ongoing development
- Communicate clearly with customers and the service team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Perform technician duties and assist with service truck operations as needed

Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
