Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate objective is to apply their expertise to manage and execute all warehouse duties in a light industrial work environment. This includes; daily oversight of all inventory logistics including movement, physical inventory accuracy and Warehouse Management System transactions. The position reports to our Project Manager and a key contributor to developing Warehouse Management processes to support our project.

We are seeking team members that demonstrate an aptitude for quality control, process adherence, warehousing, inventory, and computers.

Duties and core responsibilities include the following:

Manage all inventory logistics and movement

Maintain inventory records accurately

Operate forklift

Perform other responsibilities as assigned or required.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must complete a background check & drug screening

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

Forklift Operator Certificate required

Must have computer skills including the ability to operate a PC, mobile handheld applications, email, and navigation systems

Must maintain a professional manner and have strong communication skills to communicate effectively with the public, utility and internal teams

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to sit, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is constantly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

Compensation (Paid Weekly):

Rate of pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Work Requirements:

Consistent employment record with job duties related to this position

General warehouse, electrical or computer experience is a plus Forklift Operator Certificate required

Ability to use hand tools (powered and non-powered) and all forklift equipment MS Office, specifically Excel proficiency preferred

Quality and safety minded

Ability to work independently

Shift: Full Time Mon-Fri 1st shift hours, may be asked to work an occasional Saturday Benefits:
