Highway Signing is hiring CDL Operators to support traffic control and pavement marking operations throughout Iowa and Nebraska.

This is not an over-the-road driving position. Our CDL Operators work hands‑on with specialized equipment and crews on roadway projects that help keep communities safe and moving.

• $22–$27/hour depending on experience

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL preferred
• Tanker endorsement is a plus
• Good driving record and safety mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends during peak season
• Team‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic
