We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving to join our Warehouse team! At American Games, you'll play a vital role in supporting the production of charitable gaming products used across North America. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help ensure materials and finished products move efficiently throughout our operation.

As a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving, you'll perform a variety of warehouse and logistics functions that support manufacturing operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control and material movement.

• Pick, scan, verify, package and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, unload and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, pallet wrappers and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring shipments are properly secured and documented.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory accuracy and material replenishment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support warehouse, production and logistics operations by assisting in multiple areas as business needs require.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse while following company safety standards and 5S principles.
• Complete shipping, receiving and inventory documentation accurately.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and shipping deadlines while minimizing errors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and workflow.
• Other duties as required.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values accuracy and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.

• Two (2) to five (5) years of warehouse, logistics, shipping or receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, power pallet jacks, order pickers and RF scanning equipment preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred or the ability to become certified after hire.
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 16 feet using warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately verify inventory, part numbers, quantities and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting shipping deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
