Housekeeping Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is vital in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform general surface cleaning
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and staff

• Previous custodial or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts

$20.00-$21.00 per hour
