Key Responsibilities:

• Chair the District Health and Safety Committee

• Conduct investigations on workplace violence incidents

• Develop strategies promoting psychological health

• Provide coaching on bullying and harassment

• Liaise with union representatives during investigations

Requirements:

• University degree in human resources or labor relations

• CPHR Designation preferred

• Experience in public sector investigations

• Proven conflict management skills
