Full-Time Asset Management Specialist

Elevate your career as a Full-Time Asset Management Specialist with CVRD. Oversee asset inventories, performance data, and lifecycle planning to promote sustainability in our services.

As an essential member of the team, you'll report to the General Manager of Engineering Services. This role is ideal for candidates with three to four years of relevant experience in asset management or infrastructure operations. Collaborate closely with operational teams to enhance asset management programs and create effective capital work plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CVRD's Asset Management Program improvements

• Maintain asset inventories and performance data

• Assist in lifecycle planning for assets

• Monitor asset performance for informed decision-making

• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field

• 3-4 years of asset management experience

• Knowledge of ISO 55000 and lifecycle management

• Proficiency in AMIS and CMMS systems

• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license required
