You will also support our Outside Sales Representatives by managing orders and inventory efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries

• Offer premier customer service and address client requests promptly

• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products

• Deliver pricing and inventory feedback to clients

• Process customer orders accurately using our system

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must hold a valid Driver’s License and provide an abstract

• Highly motivated and driven to achieve success
