Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose intermediate plumbing and heating problems

• Repair windows, doors, and appliances efficiently

• Paint and patch drywall as required

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a maintenance position

• Completion of trade or technical certification

• Familiarity with hand tools for repairs
