Position Summary
The Financial Analyst for OEM Finance provides financial and analytical support to the finance team. The primary responsibility of the Analyst is to provide on‑going consolidation and analysis of the financial/operating results from our manufacturing plants. Important to this position is the understanding of business drivers behind current performance and variances and the ability to be able to present and/or discuss the story behind the data.
- Provide daily support to Controller, Vice President and OEM Finance group as needed.
- Consolidation of financial results of multiple separate entities to allow for accurate monthly financial reporting including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
- Actual results vs. plan/forecast reporting and participate in the preparation of various other financial statements and reports for sales, standard margin, manufacturing costs and variances.
- Create in-depth report out presentations including graphics.
- Sales Data analysis including sales trends and standard margin analysis.
- Ad‑hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
- General accepted accounting principles and standards (GAAP)
- SAP knowledge preferred; experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool.
- The incumbent must possess proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience working in a multi‑plant, global manufacturing environment a plus
- Financial concepts of product costing and financial analysis of manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytic and data analysis skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $87,000.00-$ however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long‑term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered.
