The Town of Tolland is seeking a full-time School Resource Officer (Police Officer). This school year position requires POST Certified Officers or Certified State Troopers that are interested in a lateral transfer. The position is also recommended for recently retired state troopers or municipal officers. POST recertification can be accommodated. Hourly pay is $32.93 per hour. Health/dental/life insurance are offered.

Candidates will be required to successfully complete a written examination, oral interview, and background investigation. Successful candidates will then undergo a polygraph test, psychological test, drug screening, and physical examination.
