• Provide timely, meaningful feedback to students and families regarding academic performance and growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and communicate progress effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, administrators, and families to support student learning and achievement.
• Participate actively in professional learning communities and school improvement efforts.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and community partners.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and reflective practice.
• Implement district, state, and federal educational initiatives and requirements.
• Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards governing the teaching profession.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to equitable educational opportunities for all students.

Valid Rhode Island Teaching Certification appropriate for the assignment. Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and classroom management practices. Ability to effectively support diverse learners, including students with disabilities and multilingual learners. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Experience utilizing data to drive instructional decisions. Experience integrating technology into classroom instruction. Demonstrated success fostering inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments.
