, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, sales, and manufacturing—helping turn complex water challenges into real-world solutions used in over 38 countries.
- Develop engineering designs and integrate them into professional sales proposal packages
- Create and review CAD drawings for proposals, submittals, fabrication, and IOM manuals
- Review project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Support fabrication, shipment coordination, and global manufacturing partners
- Conduct site visits, installations, equipment startups, inspections, and customer training
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with support from the engineering team
- Document site activities and findings in clear, concise reports
- Help improve workflows and streamline repeatable engineering tasks
Occasional domestic and international travel required
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering field (preferred)
- Experience in wastewater aeration, fluid dynamics, and system integration
- on Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong software skills (Excel, Word;
AutoCAD and/or Solid Works - Mechanical aptitude with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
- Familiarity with pumps, blowers, or process equipment is a plus (training provided)
- Work on meaningful projects that protect communities and the environment
