Life Stance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide evidence‑based mental health assessment and treatment in both in‑person and telehealth settings. Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborating closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers. The Psychologist will maintain accurate documentation, uphold strict ethical and legal standards, and participate in case consultations and quality‑improvement initiatives.

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes
- Deliver services via both in‑person and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on care plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment based on outcomes and feedback
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality‑improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for psychological practice
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities
- Psychological assessment and diagnosis
- Evidence‑based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Telehealth service delivery
- Clinical documentation and EMR use
- Risk assessment and crisis intervention
- Treatment planning and outcome measurement
- Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice
- Interdisciplinary care coordination
- Psychological testing and report writing
- Cultural competence in mental health care
- Active state Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD)
- Completion of APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program in Psychology
- Completion of supervised clinical internship
- Board certification in Clinical Psychology (ABPP) preferred
