Continuum Hospice in Rhode Island is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, delivering hands-on care with dignity at the end of life. Coverage area includes Woonsocket and Pascoag, RI.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with weekend rotation; you will assist with ADLs, personal care, and documentation while coordinating with the nursing team for optimal patient comfort.
