Job Summary:

Live Well Healthcare Solutions, Your Trusted Partner In Cleaning Services, is seeking a compassionate and organized Dietary Aide to join our team at Riverview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coventry, Rhode Island. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting

• Understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments

• Perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

• Develop a willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including working with food , serving trays, handling soiled dishes, and operating dietary equipment

• Collaborate with other dietary staff to ensure seamless meal service and resident satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including meal counts and inventory management

• Demonstrate a patient and tolerant attitude, working every other weekend to ensure continuous care for our residents

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a healthcare setting, adhering to infection control and sanitation procedures

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds

• Must be able to work every other weekend
