Schedule:

Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Adult Services Funding Coordinator to oversee funding authorizations, Medicaid coordination, and fiscal processes that support adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health this role, you'll collaborate with program leadership, families, state agencies, clinical teams, and billing staff to secure and maintain funding that allows individuals to receive high-quality, person-centered services.

11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time What You'll Do:
Coordinate Medicaid authorizations, Purchase Orders, and BHDDH funding requests and renewals.
Monitor funding timelines to prevent service interruptions and protect program revenue.
Prepare and track funding appeals and requests for additional resources.
Coordinate Supports Intensity Scale (SIS-A) assessments and reassessments.
Serve as the primary liaison with BHDDH regarding funding approvals, denials, and authorization status.
Partner with billing, clinical, and program teams to ensure funding aligns with individualized service plans.
Maintain accurate documentation, tracking systems, and regulatory records.
Analyze funding utilization and identify opportunities to maximize available resources.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Stay current on Medicaid, BHDDH, and state funding regulations while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
