Data Analyst, Data Scientist
Position Summary
Sr. Analyst, Customer Experience – Woonsocket, RI. Responsible for delivering predictive analytics solutions to drive customer engagement, next‑best‑action, and improve customer experience across critical journeys.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Tableau, and Excel for multiple business units to improve customer experience.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Deliver predictive analytics solutions to drive behavior change and customer experience across channels.
- Consult with business partners to translate business goals into predictive analytics opportunities.
- Develop and use advanced algorithms and statistical predictive models to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.
- Research and work with data engineering and platform architecture teams to implement new technologies that facilitate better data integrity, reliability, and enrichment for quantitative solutions.
- Drive experimental design of campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
- Evaluate project performance for further optimization in subsequent iterations.
- Develop and participate in presentations and consultations on analytics results and solutions.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise through interactions with team members, peers, and managers.
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Requires completion of a university‑level course, research project, internship, or thesis in each of the following areas:
- Java, Python, or Node.js
- XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or Java Script
- Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
- Cloud technologies: AWS or GCP
- Hadoop and Hive
- R
- Object‑oriented Java Script
- Machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling
- NLP (Scikit‑Learn, Spa City, Pytorch, or Spark NLP)
- Java, Python, Hive, Cassandra, Pig, MySQL or No
SQL - Large‑scale application development, data science, or data analytics projects
- Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
- Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases
- Quantitative analysis techniques, including clustering, regression, and pattern recognition
- End‑to‑end data science lifecycle/workflow
$98,571.00/year to $/year – base salary plus potential bonus, commission, short‑term incentive, and equity award program.
