Job Description

At Walmart, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manager/ HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers.

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000

• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

• Require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on their facility services needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Manage reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses.
• Participate in training programs for regulatory requirements, site inspections, compliance, and quality standards.
• Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections as mandated by mechanical or building codes.

• General Facilities Services/Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis experience.
• Customer service.

• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.
