Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using handheld scanners to verify counts, updating locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador works within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanners to verify merchandise and document picks.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and package orders according to SOP.
• Communicate inventory problems, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs.
• Ensure all orders are picked on time to meet productivity and KPI targets.
• Follow operational efficiencies for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including housekeeping, removal of trash, and handling of damaged goods.
• Process returns and determine disposition via DDR or Membership desk.
• Adhere to club policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order‑pulling experience preferred.
• Wholesale or big‑box retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

• Much of the time involves continuous movement on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Required to lift up to 30 pounds; may need assistance for heavier loads.
• Work environment includes moving machinery, loud equipment, and potential exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.
• Occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

Pay range: $16.00 – $19.20 per hour. Compensation is based on location, education, experience, and qualifications. Actual wages vary accordingly.
