The hourly pay range for this position is $24 to $26 per hour, and it is eligible for overtime at a rate of $36.00 to $39.00 per hour.

• Strategic Leadership & Profitability

• 4+ years of retail management experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in the Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

• Primarily a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety hazards.
• Long periods of standing, moving, and positioning during shifts.
• Variations in sales area, stockroom/receiving, and operations office conditions (temperature, dust, accessibility).
