Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods; stage merchandise correctly;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and manage clock-in/clock-out;
Perform store opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, deposits, security checks, and lockup
