Responsibilities

• Sell Metro by T‑Mobile wireless plans, phones, and accessories to new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly individual sales targets.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service every shift.
• Assist English and Spanish speaking customers as needed.
• Process payments, upgrades, and account changes accurately.
• Stay current on the latest devices, promotions, and plan options.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and customer‑ready.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay of $16.00–$26.00/hr depending on experience.
• Weekly Friday incentive payouts – top earners make $200+ per week in incentives.
