Job Summary
As an Outside Pro Representative, you will build relationships, solve problems, and achieve sales results. You will grow your customer base of professional customers in residential repaint, commercial painting, or multi‑family housing, driving sales and gallon growth.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of a portfolio of professional customers across key segments.
- Develop and execute a strategic market plan targeting high‑potential accounts.
- Track progress using Salesforce CRM to stay organized and data‑driven.
- Collaborate with local Pro Paint Specialists and Territory Sales Representatives to ensure customers receive the right products at the right time.
- Work hours may vary based on peak selling times, including evenings and weekends.
- Self‑starter who works independently and thrives in a team environment.
- Track record of successful selling.
- Experience in the home creation/improvement industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
- Computer skills, including use of CRM tools like Salesforce; digital fluency is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree welcomed.
- Bilingual skills are a bonus.
- Excellent customer service and follow‑through to build long‑term relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

$62,600.00 – $98,340.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
