Position Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
* Maintain electrical lighting, large-scale HVAC and generator systems.
* Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
* Inspect and test fire protection systems.
* Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
* Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems or carpentry.
* Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
* Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
* Valid driver's license.
