Responsibilities- Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement individualized plans for each resident in collaboration with other team members.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of resident progress and behavior.
- Ensure that all residents receive the necessary support and resources to successfully reintegrate into their communities.
- Conduct employment, job search, and home confinement spot checks on each shift.
- Conduct common area, room searches, and perimeter searches as assigned and document results.
- Conduct pat/pocket searches on all clients entering the facility and document results.
- Complete house counts every hour from Midnight to 8:00 AM and every 2 hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and document results.
- Transport clients as needed in a company vehicle.
- Conduct monthly emergency drills.
- Secure urine samples from same‑sex clients and complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation.
- Supervise all client visitation; sign all visitors and contractors in and out of the facility.
- Complete intake on all new arrivals prior to the end of your shift, facilitate client orientation as assigned.
- Facilitate all client movement in and out of the facility.
- Monitor clients' self‑administration of medication.
$19.98 per hour + third shift differential of $0.50 per hour where applicable.
ScheduleTuesday - Saturday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Qualifications- High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
- Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred; education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one‑year for one‑year basis.
- Experience with youth population preferred.
- Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.
- Valid driver’s license.
