Bright Kids was established in 1999 and since has been delivering high quality childcare by promoting learning through stimulating, creative play activities.

Due to our continuing growth we are currently in search of motivated, happy, enthusiastic individuals who can bring passion, creativity, laughter and learning into our authentic homely environments across the West Midlands to support our wonderful little Einstein’s.We are seeking candidates who are Level 3 (or above!) qualified in Early Years (newly qualified applicants are welcome) on a permanent basis for our setting in Bell Green, Coventry.

As such we are pretty good at what we do and our sister training company MBK Early Years was born out of this expertise and knowledge, providing training and consultancy externally across the sector.

This means our staff have access to high quality, up to date training from the basics required such as Paediatric First Aid to training that will broaden your knowledge such as Building Self-Regulation in Early Years and Delivering Awe and Wonder – Building Curiosity.  The perfect Candidate will tick all the boxes below  Be level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years – newly qualified candidates are welcome.
