Nursery Manager

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Manager with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings to work with a client based in Coventry
. Candidates applying for this position should be available Monday to Friday
.

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
• Proven experience in Nursery Management (essential)
• Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards

• Lead and manage nurseries ensuring high-quality childcare and a safe, stimulating environment for children.
• Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
• Oversee staff, provide training, and ensure the professional development of the nursery team.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
• To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
