Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Nurse
Location: Longford, Coventry (CV6)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are a well-established and nurturing nursery in Longford, Coventry, dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and early education in a fun and supportive environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our dedicated team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Support children’s learning and development through play, interaction, and creative activities.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Ensure that children are safe, healthy, and happy while in the nursery's care.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both children and families.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of age-appropriate activities.
  • Support children with their personal care needs, including meal times and toileting.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level
    3).
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • DBS check required (we can support you in obtaining one).
