Senior Children's Residential Support Worker
Salary: £14.50 Per Hour / £60 Sleep In Rate

Rota: 2 day on, 4 days off
About the RoleWe are recruiting a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to support young people aged 8-18 who present with emotional and behavioural challenges in 2 bed home.

- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed practice
- Experience in residential childcare is desirable but not essential for the right person
