Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Hotel Director to oversee Hotel Operations onboard our vessels, ensuring excellence in all areas, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality or cruise operations.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred, along with intermediate computer skills.
