Village Hotels Coventry is seeking a Night Reception Host to warmly welcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early risers. You will own the lobby, handle telephone enquiries, and keep the front of house pristine throughout the night.
This role requires an upbeat, autonomous personality with excellent guest service skills. You’ll be responsible for night operations, safety, and cash handling, while representing the Village brand with energy and professionalism.
