Klarent Hospitality is accepting applications for the Klarent Graduate Manager Programme 2026. This is a 2-year experience designed to develop future hospitality leaders. Your two years will be spent in two different properties in the UK/Ireland, developing knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness and leadership skills. You will receive coaching from industry experts and be mentored by senior management, with opportunities to contribute to key business projects to drive the future direction of the company.

• Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering first class service across Food & Beverage and Front Office
• Has insight into the world of hospitality and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Be willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and be prepared to relocate at the end of the first year of the programme
• Have a degree, or be in the process of gaining a degree in a hotel/leisure/tourism discipline by September 2026
• Ready to start in September 2026
