Village Coventry is seeking a Night Reception Host to welcome night guests and provide exceptional service in the lobby overnight. You will own the reception area, greet guests, manage enquiries, and maintain a pristine front of house while staying vigilant on safety procedures.
Ideal candidates are bubbly, autonomous, and capable of handling late-night operations, cash handling, and upselling village amenities when appropriate, with a friendly, professional demeanor at all hours.
