The Bailey’s Hotel London is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our all-day dining outlet, Bugis Singapore Restaurant and Bar, overseeing F&B operations, menu development with Head Chef, and driving guest satisfaction.
You will manage budgeting and forecasting across departments, mentor a diverse team, and ensure exceptional service and revenue growth in a luxury hotel setting.
