Creams Café is an Italian Gelato Dessert Franchise parlour serving Waffles, Crepes, Milkshakes, coffee, cakes and amazing Gelato Ice Cream.
As the UK’s leading dessert parlour, we are looking to recruit a highly-motivated person and experienced General Manager for our restaurant.
Great people skills and communication skills are key to this role, the person we are looking for will need to have positive energy, can think on their feet and bring fun to the workplace as well as provide excellent customer service in a fast-moving environment.
As an ambitious Restaurant Manager, you will have a keen eye for detail, have strong financial acumen as well as sales building skills and can demonstrate these through your recent role successes.
Ideally an established General Manager in a large busy operation. We are looking for a manager who is passionate about delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest issues or complaints
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and local community organizations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and increase revenue

Experience:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, bartending, and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in computer software applications related to hotel management
Job Type:
Full-time, minimum 45 hours per week Salary is based on experience.
