Bupa's Richmond Villages are seeking a Host Lead to supervise the on-site hospitality team, manage rotas, and help operate restaurant services. This hands-on role combines guest service with people leadership to ensure high standards and smooth daily activity.
You will handle admin tasks, assist the Hospitality Manager, and contribute to a warm, well-organised dining environment for residents and staff, including weekends and some late shifts.
