Chief Stew

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew to lead a team of three on board a 45m+ motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. • Leave: 40 days
• Interior Team: 3
• Programme:
  Private and charter
• Winter:
Caribbean, with charters starting in December
• Summer:

• Additional:
  Potential yacht show attendance

• Proven experience as a Chief Stew or strong Second Stew ready to step up
• Excellent service skills with a keen eye for detail
• Confident leading and supporting a small interior team
• A traditional, polished approach to hospitality, including welcome drinks on the owners’ arrival and entertaining guests
• Organised, proactive and able to maintain high standards across both private and charter use
• Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa, where required

This is an excellent opportunity for a service-driven Chief Stew who enjoys a more classical style of yachting, takes pride in creating a welcoming onboard experience and wants to be part of a close-knit team.
