This is a full-time position for a Diamond Driller Apprentice based on-site in Coventry. The role involves learning and performing a variety of tasks including the safe operation of diamond drilling and sawing equipment on construction or engineering sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Apprentices will receive comprehensive training from experienced professionals, with a focus on safety, technical skills, and sustainable working practices.

Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable to different working environments, and team-oriented.

Qualifications
  • Keen interest in learning practical and technical skills, including safe operation of diamond drilling and sawing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Willingness to undergo thorough training and develop expertise in the trade
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility in different project settings
  • Prior experience in customer service or a construction-related environment is beneficial but not required
  • Physical stamina and capability to work in hands-on, on-site environments
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork
