V7 Recruitment is recruiting for a Multi‑Disciplined Fire & Security Small Works / Service Engineer to join a leading global organisation delivering fire detection and security solutions across the UK. The role covers the West Midlands/Coventry region.

• Commissioning, servicing, and fault finding on complex, fully integrated fire and security systems.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
• Support sales, project management, and commercial teams to ensure projects and service contracts are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
• Service, maintain, and diagnose faults on large integrated fire and security systems.
• Complete clear and accurate documentation, including work reports, service reports, and commissioning certificates.
• Deliver a high level of customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Manage service delivery on‑site and remotely, including attending site meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Take part in out‑of‑hours rota.

• Significant experience working within the Fire & Security industry.
• Proven experience servicing and commissioning complex fire detection and integrated security systems.
• Strong knowledge of multiple manufacturers’ systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer service.

• Competitive salary circa £38,000.
